Practical Emergency Paediatric First Aid training designed to equip learners with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively to emergencies involving infants and children.
Training includes:
• The role and responsibilities of a Paediatric First Aider
• Assessing an emergency situation safely
• Infant and child CPR
• Safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Managing an unresponsive infant or child
• Choking
• Bleeding and shock
• Seizures and febrile convulsions
• Minor injuries and common childhood emergencies
Suitable for childcare professionals, early years practitioners, schools, nurseries, childminders, healthcare professionals and anyone responsible for the care of infants and children.
Individual delegate: £95 per person
